We take the time with each client to set the stage for a successful relationship. To ensure proper growth of the leader, we begin by working with the next level manager to set goals for the program. We define where the leader is now and where they should be at the end of the program. We have 8, 12 and 16-week coaching programs.
Next, we position the leader by discussing their personal objectives for the program which are then incorporated. With buy-in from the leader, we create a custom development plan to guide the coaching program.
We nourish our leaders through regular meetings working toward achieving the development plan. During each session, we review current workplace challenges and put actions in place to overcome them. We mentor the leader in leadership competencies with practical application to the job. We then set short-term goals during each meeting to use the skills taught during the session.
Weekly reports go to the next level manager indicating progress towards the goals established in the development plan. Adjustments are made to any program elements that are not working to best fit the needs of the company and the leader.
